Ayurvedic Inspired Apple Crisp

Betty Brown, CAS

Apples have an astringent, sour and sweet taste, balancing pitta and kapha doshas.  This recipe with cooked apples, oats, ghee and spices balance vata, pitta, and kapha doshas.
