Meditation is good for our mind, body and heart.
My meditation practice has been a key tool in balancing my Vata and Pitta doshas, supporting my wellness. My daily meditation practice has helped to ease my anxiety, allowed me to focus, and support my digestion.
I believe EVERYONE can meditate and experience the benefits.
Creating a meditation practice is much easier to start when you do it with someone else or with a group.
