Starting January 2019, in addition to one-on-one consultations, I will be offering Ayurvedic consultations online. Clients will need to have access to internet and Skype to participate. My first Ayurvedic consultation experience in 2015 was via long distance over the internet and it worked very well. If you are interested please contact me.

1) FREE Group Meditation Classes
Join Sonia Arora and Betty Brown, Ayurvedic Health Educators, as they facilitate group meditation classes. Meditating in a group can be encouraging as people tap into the same silence and peace. It is also a great way to develop a consistence practice. We welcome meditation practitioners of all levels.
