Betty Brown, Ayurvedic Practitioner, has been visiting the islands of Hawaii for over 30 years. She is honored to partner with her friend and colleague, Rachel Cohen, to offer this restorative and rejuvenating retreat in Hawaii.

 Drop into paradise on the Island of Hawaii, The Big Island.  This is the perfect setting to relax, recharge, reconnect, and renew! Feel the ocean breeze, watch the sunrise and sunset, connect with the rich and beautiful culture and nature, and draw on the magical energy of this sacred Hawaiian land. Take time to relax and recharge, deepen your yoga and meditation practice, and connect with like-minded yogis and friends.

You will stay in a luxurious Airbnb in Kialua Kona with expansive ocean views, just a short drive to local beaches, and all the beauty the Island of Hawaii has to offer.

  • 7 am Morning Gentle Hatha Yoga and Meditation

The Art of Ayurvedic Cooking is learning about foods that support your unique mind-body type and how to prepare healthy, nourishing meals.

Learn how to make Cultured Ghee, Ayurveda’s Golden Nectar.  Ghee is an essential ingredient used in Ayurvedic meals, herbal jams, and body products.

During this workshop, you will have an opportunity to make cultured ghee, discover all of its benefits, and sample Ayurvedically prepared dishes using cultured ghee.  Get ready to eat and feel nourished.

My passion is cooking healthy, nourishing, and delicious meals since food is medicine.  Ayurveda teaches the foundation of health and the root cause of dis-ease begins in our gut.  Eating healthy meals that support your digestive fire (agni) and balance our doshas is a very good step towards health and wellness.

Enjoy a deliciously prepared Ayurveda lunch to help balance the cold, dry and frenetic energy of Autumn/Winter, Vata dosha.   I will review key elements of Vata dosha, and share with you tips on keeping yourself grounded, warm and balanced. You will also receive recipes to try at home.

Join meditation facilitator, Betty Brown with B Well Ayurveda Health Coach,  Ayurvedic Health Coach for in-person and on-line guided meditations.

If you are looking to create a daily personal meditation practice, meditating in a group can be helpful. 

If you are an experienced meditator, group meditations will enhance your practice.   

We meet twice a month, on Zoom, Tuesdays from 6:30pm -7pm ET
