CCF Digestive Tea

CCF Digestive Tea

Servings: 4 cups Total Time: 15 mins Difficulty: Beginner
pinit

Cumin, coriander and fennel (CCF) tea is a classic Ayurvedic digestive tea that balances vata, pitta and kapha doshas.

Cumin digests toxins, helps absorb nutrients, and increases the digestive fire and metabolism. Coriander cools excess heat in the body and enkindles the digestive fire without aggravating acidity. Fennel is the best spice for rebalancing the digestive fire, great for relieving acidity, bloating and gas, and is calming while promoting mental alertness.
