Fresh Lemon Balm and Stevia Herbal Tea

Fresh Lemon Balm and Stevia Herbal Tea

Servings: 5 cups Difficulty: Beginner

A cure for a hectic day is a cup of herbal tea. There is a big difference in taste and quality between herbal tea made from bagged dried leaves, loose dried leaves, and fresh leaves. Give yourself a treat by brewing up a fresh cup.

Lemon balm, part of the mint family, offers a refreshing minty, lemon taste and is known to improve digestion and promote calm. Stevia leaf is 30 to 40 times sweeter than sugar, so together they make a sweet, refreshing tea without added sugar.
