 Anxiety is almost an epidemic in our modern world, affecting around 40 million adults in the US.  Anxiety can disrupt your life, your relationships, create insomnia, and a host of other uncomfortable physical-emotional symptoms. 

During this 3-hour workshop, you will explore Ayurveda and Yoga practices that bring balance and well-being into your life.

  • Learn how Ayurveda approaches anxiety
  • Discover your unique Mindy-Body type or dosha
  • Explore the Ayurvedic food program and what your unique Mind-Body type  requires
  • Learn about herbs, teas, and supplements
  • Experience guided yoga and meditation for peace and grounding

By the end of this workshop, you will have a toolbox of practices to empower you to take control of your well-being and balance your anxiety.

Betty Brown:

 

 

Betty is an RN, NAMA Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner.  She is the owner of B Well Ayurveda Health Coach, LLC.  Betty has trained and received certificates in meditation-Yoga Nidra, Reiki Master, Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy, RYT 200 Yoga Teacher, and Women’s Functional Medicine Clinical Educator.  With Betty’s understanding of allopathic medicine and Ayurveda, along with her passion for cooking, she supports clients with integrated wellness coaching through workshops, yoga classes, women’s retreats, and individual client consultations.  She is currently the chapter leader for the American Holistic Nurse’s Association of Central Ohio. 

 

 

Jenn Gebhart:

Jenn is a highly motivated, professional with an unparalleled passion for supporting health and wellbeing.   She is personable, compassionate, curious, diplomatic, tactful and thrives when faced with new challenges and opportunities to learn. 

Jenn is a master facilitator for Everyday Mindfulness and Movement in the Columbus City Schools, offering well-being and self-care in education for staff and administrators. Jenn has also shared Urban Zen at The Ohio State Wexner Medical Center and James Cancer Hospital working with patients, staff and caregivers and Ohio Health Corporate Wellness programs.    She is also an E-RYT 500 and has been teaching yoga for 21 years and is passionate about making yoga accessible to all and has taught to people with MS, TBI, cancer patients and survivors and prenatal and postnatal.  She considers herself a life-long learner and strives to keep up with the latest research and evidenced based practices to foster growth and the well-being of her clients.   Connect with Jenn on Instagram-Yoga and Inspiration .

 

Cancelation and Refund Policy: 

A $75.00 cancellation fee is included in the workshop cost. No refunds will be given within 14 days of the workshop’s start date. The workshop minimum is 6 participants. If there is not a minimum number of participants, the workshop will be canceled with a full refund provided
